Group Accountant Permanent | Hybrid Working Salary: £57,000 £ 63,000  Excellent Benefits Your New Company Lusona Consultancy is proud to be working in partnership with a well-respected and growing house builder to recruit a Group Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a key role within an established finance team of four, supporting both new build and commercial development projects. Your New Role As Group Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the group business planning and full management accounting cycle Preparing statutory accounts and delivering board-level financial reporting Supporting and driving the project appraisal process across developments Monitoring spend, managing cashflow, and providing insightful financial analysis Business partnering with commercial and operational teams, including architects and planners Providing guidance on cost management across large-scale development projects Managing and developing one direct report (Assistant Accountant) This is a highly commercial role that combines financial reporting, planning, and project-focused analysis.

What Youll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will:
