Position: Corporate Tax Advisory Manager. Job Lily Lifestyle Jobs

Corporate Tax Manager – Glasgow

You will be working for a highly regarded, independent tax advisory firm known for delivering pragmatic, high-quality advice to a diverse and growing client base. With a strong reputation across the UK and continued growth in Scotland, the Glasgow team offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where expertise is valued and individuals are encouraged to make a real impact. The firm prides itself on its advisory-led approach, focusing on quality and long-term client relationships rather than volume-driven work.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a varied portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, larger corporates and private equity-backed groups. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality corporate tax advice across a range of areas such as restructures, transactions, group reorganisations and shareholder planning. Alongside advisory work, you will oversee compliance, ensuring technical accuracy and excellence.

You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and helping them navigate complex tax matters. Internally, you will support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the Glasgow practice.

Qualifications
  • ACA, CA or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax technical expertise gained within a professional services environment.
  • Proactive, client-focused approach and confidence to build credible relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in developing your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial firm.
Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that offers a genuinely advisory-led role within a supportive, non-hierarchical culture. The firm provides flexible hybrid working, allowing for a strong work‑life balance, alongside clear progression opportunities as the Glasgow team continues to grow.
