Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Compliance, Glasgow

Your new company

We are a leading global professional services firm with a strong and established presence in Scotland. We deliver high‑quality audit, tax and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial start‑ups and fast‑growing mid‑market companies to large multinational groups. We foster a collaborative culture and commitment to developing people, and you will join a forward‑thinking team that prioritises innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Your

new role

As a Senior Corporate Tax Compliance Manager you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality tax compliance services in line with UK regulations and deadlines. You will lead complex compliance engagements, review corporate tax computations and returns, and provide guidance on tax processes and risk management.

In addition to managing client relationships, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, strengthening technical capability across the team. You will work closely with partners and directors, contributing to strategic discussions and identifying opportunities to extend services and add value to clients through proactive advice.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CTA (or working towards completion).
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Leadership capabilities, with experience coaching or supervising team members and a genuine interest in supporting their development.
What you'll get in return
  • Opportunity to work with a high‑profile client base and develop your career within a supportive and progressive environment.
  • Structured career development, ongoing technical training and clear progression pathways.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, along with flexible working arrangements to support work‑life balance.
  • Exposure to a broad range of industries and complex tax matters, enabling you to further enhance your expertise while building a strong professional network.

We are committed to equal opportunities for all, and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
