As an Intercompany Analyst , youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation, settlement, and management of intercompany accounts. Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders and our Global Centre of Excellence (GCoE) team to deliver exceptional service quality and drive continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact Reconcile and settle intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with AJG branches and GCoE Account Handlers to resolve discrepancies and funded items. Conduct monthly reconciliations of statements and accounting systems in line with audit requirements. Provide data-driven advice and support to onshore and offshore Account Handlers. Lead process improvement initiatives and support key projects.

Ensure compliance with AJG policies, procedures, and external regulations. About You A minimum of six months finance experience in financial services or large complex business. Ideally with reconciliation, settlement, and management of intercompany accounts experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
