Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote role, allowing you loads of flexibility to structure your day around any family commitments etc.

It’s a really broad Operational Risk role that will provide you with some great experience and really add value to your CV.

It’s also likely this role will develop into a Risk Manager position in due course, so it comes with great developmental opportunities.

You’ll also report directly into the Head of Risk. As a result, you’ll get plenty of exposure to the wider business whilst also benefit ting from learning directly from a very talented Risk leader.

And finally, it’s a great place to work. I placed a couple of people with the firm last year and they’re both really enjoying working there.

You’ll support in maintaining the firm’s Risk Management Framework and also support the Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.

You’ll maintain the risk registers, ensuring risk and controls are accurately documented and are monitored and updated on an ongoing basis.

You’ll monitor Key Risk Indicators and elevate emerging issues where appropriate and also monitor and oversee the risk incident reporting process.

You’ll also assist in the production of regular risk reports, dashboards and supporting Management Information (MI).

You’ll have already gained broad Operational Risk experience within the Financial Services arena and will have experience of supporting the RCSA process. Previous insurance experience would be of interest but is not essential.

You’ll possess an analytical mindset, a curious nature and a willingness to learn and develop. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
