Our client, a leading investment management business with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join on a fixed‑term basis. The firm operates a hybrid working model and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the organisation.

• Partner with senior leadership to shape commercial decision‑making, provide financial insight, and drive operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles, ensuring accuracy, challenge, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Analyse financial performance across revenue, cost, and margin drivers, presenting clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with operational, investment, and client‑facing teams to influence outcomes and strengthen financial discipline.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality MI, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support business performance and growth.
• Support business cases, scenario modelling, and investment appraisals for new initiatives, products, and client opportunities.
• Ensure financial controls, governance, and risk management standards meet the expectations of a regulated financial services environment.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting, and systems to enhance efficiency and insight.
