Due to expansion, one of Quilter's premier businesses based near Glasgow, is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser on an employed basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm of advisors and provide holistic financial advice to a wide range of clients.

You will be a well-structured, team player, driven and motivated to grow the existing client bank on offer, whilst also adding value to all existing clients within your remit. You will have a blend of technical proficiency, relationship management, and regulatory compliance, the skills needed to build tailored financial plans and manage your client portfolios effectively.

• Financial planning and wealth management expertise
• Ability to maintain compliance within industry standards, whilst also adhering to internal policies
• Ability to produce compliant suitability reports and associated documentation
• Ability to identify new business opportunities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Time management and ability to manage multiple clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning software
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Team collaboration alongside independent working

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS) in line with UK regulatory requirements
• Relevant professional memberships (e.g., CII, CISI)
