Legal Secretary - Banking & finance

Service Care Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Glasgow-based law firm for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded and rapidly expanding Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful practice that advises leading banks, financial institutions and high-profile corporate clients on a wide range of complex finance transactions.

The team acts for both lenders and borrowers across areas including corporate banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, housing finance, asset finance, energy and restructuring/refinancing.

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including diary management, document production, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key contacts, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support fee earners with workload management, billing processes, credit control activities and wider team projects.

• Previous Legal Secretarial experience
• Experience dealing directly with clients over the telephone
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience within a Banking & Finance team would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
