Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a highly reputable financial services firm to recruit a Wealth Administrator & Support professional to join their growing team in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with strong administration experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service. The role is full‑time with hybrid working and offers the chance to develop within a supportive, collaborative environment.

As part of the wider client servicing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth client journeys, accurate administration, and the highest standard of professional support to both clients and advisers. This role is suited to someone who is proactive, detail‑focused and eager to contribute to continuously improving processes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, providing clear, accurate and thorough communication.
  • Obtain policy information, product details, quotations and illustrations from providers.
  • Manage new client onboarding from first contact through to the point of investment, ensuring a positive and compliant experience.
  • Process and submit new business applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and proactive follow‑up with providers.
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and annual financial reviews, including product literature, illustrations, forms and agreements.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, adhering to internal procedures and FCA requirements while ensuring all client data is handled securely (including AML and GDPR obligations).
  • Support continual development of internal processes as part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience using IO is highly advantageous, though not essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of investments, pensions and family wealth planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding client service.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including confident use of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Understanding of the needs of Financial Advisers and the regulatory environment in which they operate.
