Barclays is seeking a Risk Assessment Senior Associate to investigate high‑risk clients and complex cases. The role involves analysing intelligence, identifying potential non‑compliance, fraud or misconduct, and recommending actions that protect both the bank and its clients.

• Review court orders and other regulatory documents
• Advise on transaction monitoring and other risk management processes
• Escalate key issues to senior teams and coordinate investigations
• Analyse intelligence to determine triggers for review and recommend actions

• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge or background in Financial Crime
• Formal qualification or certification in Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) is beneficial
• Understanding of high‑risk industry sectors and money‑laundering threats posed by Business Banking clients
• Experience working with high‑quality due diligence reviews
• Ability to investigate and conduct thorough analysis
