This opportunity sits within a high-performing, UK-wide team advising some of the most significant corporate groups across energy, infrastructure and natural resources. Think large, international businesses navigating transformation, investment and regulatory change—not routine compliance factories.

• You’ll operate as a key point of contact for major corporate clients, blending compliance oversight with meaningful advisory work
• Own and manage a portfolio of large corporate clients as day-to-day tax lead
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic tax advice and identify opportunities
• Lead on advisory projects including restructurings, financing (debt/equity), Pillar 2, CIR and international tax matters
• Support transactions work including tax due diligence and structuring on M&A deals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience
• Develop and mentor junior team members while building your internal network
• This is not a "review and sign-off" role—you’ll be expected to think commercially, challenge clients, and add real value.

• CA / ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong Corporate Tax experience with large corporate clients (practice or in-house)
• Ability to handle both compliance and advisory work confidently
• Commercial mindset with the ability to communicate complex issues simply
• Leadership potential—someone who can step up, not just sit in the background

No prior energy sector experience required. If you understand large corporates, you’ll be brought up the curve quickly.
