Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Excellent new opportunity‑ with this most well established, expanding and progressive medium sized Accountancy Firm, for a qualified, qualified by experience or finalist CA/ACCA with minimum 4/5 years experience gained working within a similar role in another UK Accountancy Firm. You will be used to using FRS 102, able to demonstrate good client skills with a 'can do' flexible, commercial approach to your work and interaction with clients.

Keen to work more as a Business advisor to clients and ambitious to further progress and learn.

• Year end preparation and some review depending on your level, with relevant support.
• Use of FRS 102 for a varied client portfolio – mainly Ltd companies across a wide range of sectors.
• Management accounts preparation.
• Basic tax work.
• Use of various IT accounts systems including Iris, Sage and cloud packages.
• Coaching and mentoring of more junior individuals in the team.
• Key role assisting the management team.

• Qualified CA/ACCA or qualified by experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years experience in a similar role in a UK accountancy firm.
• Proficient with FRS 102.
• Strong client skills and a flexible, commercial approach.

• Full study support and training to complete ACCA exams if not already qualified.
