Credit Controller
We are looking for an experienced credit controller with 2 to 3 years of credit control experience to work four full days per week in our office or hybrid setting.
Salary up to £30,000 for full time, £24,000 for four days plus great benefits.
Responsibilities- Managing customer accounts and proactively collecting outstanding payments
- Building strong relationships with clients to resolve queries and maintain a healthy account balance
- Monitoring aged debts and identifying potential payment risks
- Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Preparing and issuing client statements
- Working closely with the finance and operations team to improve processes
- 2 to 3 years in credit control experience
- Experience managing customer accounts, invoicing and debt collection
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and financial systems
Hybrid and full-time positions are considered. The role is based in the Glasgow area.
