Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are pivotal for senior executives, with the potential to create significant value. A successful M&A process can transform an enterprise and accelerate shareholder value creation. Delivering value in M&A starts with a robust plan and a sharp focus on execution, backed by deep industry and transaction experience.

Lead project teams, ensuring efficient problem‑solving and converging on solutions. Deliver practical, relevant recommendations, and manage due‑diligence or integration work streams. Build strong client relationships and present insights to senior clients.

Provide day‑to‑day leadership on complex client projects, guide commercial processes, and serve as trusted advisors. Cover client relationships, identify deal ideas, lead pre‑deal engagements, and orchestrate post‑deal integration or carve‑out processes.

• 6‑10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, transaction services‑focused advisor, or top‑tier investment bank, with a proven track record and extensive deal‑lifecycle experience.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, capable of conducting and leveraging sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Initiative, eagerness to learn new skills, and application of existing expertise.
• Creativity, enabling novel solutions to complex problems.
• Aptitude for analytical work on large data sets and complex challenges.
• Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.
