This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 Diploma-qualified adviser with Competent Adviser Status (or working towards it) and a proven track record of delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning. The successful candidate will be confident in managing and developing long‑term client relationships, conducting comprehensive financial reviews and providing tailored recommendations in line with FCA regulations and with the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary £60,00 - £90,000 depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus - commission based on new business between 30% and 50%

- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Fri 9am - 4pm
- Flexible - must be local to the office in Glasgow
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and circumstances
- Prepare and present personalised financial planning recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and complete follow-up actions promptly
- Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver an excellent client experience
- Carry out regular client reviews in line with the firm's service proposition
- Ensure all advice is fully compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Keep your professional knowledge up to date and maintain CPD requirements
- Support business growth by developing client relationships and generating referrals
Experience:
- Previous experience in an advisory role
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and financial planning principles
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to develop strong, long‑term client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical financial solutions
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) (essential)
- CAS (Competent Adviser Status) or working towards CAS
