M&A Transactions Tax Manager

Glasgow based with Hybrid & Flexible working.

£65,000 - £80,000 + Competitive benefits + Bonus scheme.

• Work on a range of different client types including national & international, private businesses, private equity houses, infrastructure funds and emerging capital markets.
• Handle the full life cycle of a deal: due diligence, tax structuring, post‑acquisition implementations and reorganisations.
• Collaborate with a national team while based in the Glasgow office, engaging with local and national clients.
• Participate in business development activities across the region and collaborate with other departments.
• Coach and develop junior staff members across the team.

• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience with M&A tax in the UK.
• Exposure to a mixed client base.
