As a Credit Advisor within the Credit Management team in Harper Collins Publishers' Supply Chain Division, you will play a vital role in supporting a strong financial performance across our customer accounts. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner with customers and internal teams to assess credit risk, manage accounts, resolve payment queries, and help maintain positive commercial relationships that support our publishing operations.

We are hiring for 3 x Credit Advisors.

- A customer focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience of ERP or finance systems.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their workload
- Strong negotiation skills to secure timely payments whilst maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to adapt to market conditions, and sound understanding of market conditions
- Resilience and professionalism whilst handling difficult conversations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or finance systems
