TSB Branch Banking, part of Santander, is seeking a Money Confidence Expert (Digital) based in our Glasgow, Shettleston branch. You will help customers feel confident and in control of their finances, supporting them to navigate digital banking with a warm, human touch.
In this role you’ll meet banking needs across face-to-face, phone and video, identify suitable products, and build lasting relationships through proactive service.
