The Human Frontier Collective invites finance experts to help refine and evaluate generative AI systems. Fellows contribute their domain knowledge to improve model accuracy in financial reasoning, forecasting, and complex market analysis.

• Develop and test financial scenarios to improve AI performance in valuation, risk assessment, and equity research.
• Review and provide feedback on model outputs to ensure market relevance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Scale research team to co-author technical papers and reports, including work similar to Sci Predict, Propensity Bench, and Professional Reasoning Benchmark.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary community of researchers and industry leaders.

• PhD, Master, or BBA in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in investment banking, FP&A, portfolio management, financial consulting, or research.
• Proficiency in DCF analysis, asset pricing, forecasting, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment.
• Must be authorized to work in your country of residence.

• CFA or CPA certification.
• Prior experience working with AI systems.

• This role offers a flexible schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week.
• Pay rates are project-based and vary depending on scope, location, and specific skill sets.
