Junior Credit Underwriter

Our client is a well established and well respected Asset Finance company. Due to growth they have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Credit Underwriter.
Responsibilities- Assisting underwriting new business applications to deliver timely credit decisions within SLA guidelines and in accordance with Credit policy
- Assist in providing commercially balanced recommendations to colleagues where new business applications are above the Underwriter's credit mandate
- Assist in the preparation of credit papers for submission
The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate experience of SME lending if possible or experience of Asset Finance with a desire to move into Underwriting.
