We're looking for a Corporate Product Associate to join our Commercial team in either Guernsey or Jersey.
This varied role combines product management, commercial analysis and corporate banking support. You'll help develop and manage savings, mortgage and corporate banking products, coordinate product and pricing changes, support commercial decision-making and deliver excellent service to corporate banking clients.
Working closely with teams across the business, you'll play an important role in ensuring products remain competitive, compliant and aligned to customer needs while supporting the delivery of business growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of savings, mortgage and corporate banking products.
- Assist with pricing, forecasting, liquidity management and performance analysis.
- Coordinate product launches, pricing changes and customer communications across relevant systems and channels.
- Support product governance activities, including approvals, reviews and documentation.
- Gather customer, market and competitor insights to help shape future propositions.
- Deliver exceptional support to corporate banking clients, ensuring instructions and requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong focus on risk, regulatory compliance and customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in a banking, financial services or client support environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and good IT skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of savings and mortgage markets.
- Experience in product development, product management or proposition support.
- Knowledge of pricing, forecasting or commercial analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with in banking, trust or wider financial services sectors.
- Knowledge of savings and/or mortgage products.
