£38,000 - £45,000

Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a highly regarded and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Leamington Spa who are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Senior to join their growing tax team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong and diverse corporate tax portfolio, acting for a wide range of clients from ambitious SMEs to larger, well-established businesses across multiple sectors.

As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will take on a varied role with a healthy balance of both compliance and advisory work. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance obligations are met, while also supporting on and delivering value-added advisory projects.

The firm can offer an excellent benefits package including competitive salary, generous holiday and an excellent hybrid system where you will only need to attend the office a couple of times a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns
  • Providing support on tax planning and advisory assignments
  • Assisting with more complex technical matters and projects
  • Liaising with HMRC and handling client queries
  • Supporting junior staff where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate :
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or part-qualified
  • Strong corporate tax compliance experience
  • Exposure to advisory work (or keen to develop in this area)
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
