Employment Tax, Senior Manager

Employment Tax Senior Manager Glasgow City Centre + Hybrid working £75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits + Bonus

I'm currently working with a leading tax consultancy in the UK who are looking to expand their employment team in Glasgow with an experienced Senior Manager.

• Hybrid working (3 days in Glasgow per week)

• Lead and deliver employment tax advisory and compliance projects for a portfolio of clients
• Advise clients on PAYE, NIC, benefits in kind, expenses, and employment tax legislation
• Manage HMRC enquiries, reviews, and tax risk assessments.
• Support clients with share schemes, termination payments, off-payroll working (IR35), and international mobility matters.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide commercially focused solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Review technical work and ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client pitches
• Monitor legislative changes and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams

• Suitable qualification (CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA)
• Strong employment tax experience in the UK market
• Currently operating at Manager (close to promotion) or Senior Manager level
• Experience developing business within the local market
