Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Trainee Mortgage Advisor / whole of the market / Glasgow/ £25,000-£30,000 basic salary (OTE £60,000 - over £100,000) plus excellent benefits / full time / hybrid working

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage broker, to secure a talented trainee mortgage advisor in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will benefit from a highly effective on-boarding process and training course as well as working closely with an experienced and successful mortgage advisor.

This is a high earning role offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and excellent ancillary benefits such aspension, income protection and private medical healthcare. OTE tends to range between £60,000 to over £100,000.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• Ambition to become a mortgage advisor,
• Attainment of CeMAP (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential,
• At least oneyears' experience in a customer-facing sales role,
• A background in financial services and/or property,
• Experience in mortgages and/or protection is beneficial,
• Able to cope with high volume;
• Target-driven and self-motivated;
• Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
