Nationwide’s Glasgow branch is hiring a Customer Consultant to deliver great customer experiences in person and over the phone. You’ll support everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools, adapting to each situation with care.
The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) at the Glasgow branch. Training will set you up for success, and you’ll join a team focused on welcoming customers and delivering value.
