Spa Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Vale Resort, a premier 4‑star resort in the Welsh countryside, we are recruiting a Spa Therapist.

Working as part of the spa team you will provide wellness and relaxation services, with duties including:

• Providing a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, body massages and other wellness therapies.
• Welcoming clients to the spa ensuring a high level of service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending suitable treatments.
• Upselling our spa products and treatments to enhance client experience.

• Applicants must be qualified to a Level 3 in beauty therapy.
• A passion for wellness and spa therapy, staying up to date with the latest trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
