Compass Associates are partnering with a well-regarded care provider on a confidential appointment for an experienced Home Manager within a high-quality residential service in the Glasgow area.

The position calls for an accomplished leader capable of maintaining excellent care outcomes, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth operational delivery. This role would suit a candidate passionate about resident wellbeing and committed to upholding strong inspection grades.

• Oversee day-to-day service management, ensuring compliance and high-quality care
• Lead and mentor the care team to deliver best practice
• Manage budgets and resources to sustain effective operations
• Promote a positive, person-centred culture
• Build lasting relationships with families, regulators, and community partners

• Proven track record managing a care home (nursing or residential)
• Understanding of governance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  
  Ability to engage and motivate teams in a busy environment
