Specialist Occupational Therapist - Community Mental Health Services

We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
Part‑time permanent contract (Band 6) within an Adult Community Mental Health Team on the south side of Glasgow.
- Conduct mental health and occupational therapy assessment and treatment for individuals and groups.
- Plan and deliver interventions for adults with mental health difficulties, using appropriate evidence‑based practice.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to service development and quality improvement.
- Working experience in a mental health context.
- Proficient core occupational therapy skills, with effective verbal and written communication.
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy with current HCPC registration.
- PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
An operational and professional support structure is in place, including supervision from the Lead Occupational Therapist and access to ongoing professional development training. A driving licence is desirable.
