Regional Support Manager

Stephen James Consulting continues to work with one of its expanding elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Regional Support Manager covering a portfolio of care homes across Scotland, with a focus on the Central Belt and North East.

This role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.

• Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
• Supporting Registered Home Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their homes
• Providing strong clinical leadership and oversight to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance
• Inducting and mentoring new Home Managers into the group
• Working with the senior management team on delivering key projects across the portfolio
• Enhancing residents' quality of life by identifying and reducing risk through audits and corrective action

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Proven experience as a Clinical Home Manager within residential or nursing care
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Credible, hands-on leader ready to step into a regional support role

The role of Clinical Regional Support Manager offers a salary of £75,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus.
