Territory Business Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer‑focused Territory Business Manager to join a growing organisation dedicated to improving independence and quality of life through innovative mobility solutions.

With a comprehensive portfolio of powered and manual wheelchairs, complex rehab and seating systems, and patient aids, our client partners with clinicians, NHS wheelchair services, and mobility dealers across the UK.

As a Territory Business Manager, you will:

• Deliver sales targets across your assigned region through proactive territory planning and relationship management.
• Build and nurture partnerships with NHS wheelchair services, dealer networks, and private healthcare providers.
• Provide clinical demonstrations, training, and product trials to support prescribing and selection processes.
• Identify new opportunities within the NHS and private sectors, contributing to tenders and framework bids.
• Capture market intelligence, feeding insights into the wider sales and product teams.

You’ll bring:

• Proven success in achieving sales targets within healthcare, medical devices, or mobility solutions.
• Strong clinical and technical communication skills, able to engage with OTs, PTs, and procurement professionals.
• Knowledge of NHS procurement and funding cycles.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and CRM discipline.
• A full UK driving licence and readiness for frequent travel.
