• Respect Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to Residents to be as independent as possible and encourage them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Work with Residents and families to deliver person‑centred care.
• Support all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date records on each Resident.
