If you’re looking to join a friendly team where you’re valued as an individual rather than just a number, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Support worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your duties may include:
  • Personal care and support
  • Medication assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship and social support
  • Light household tasks
  • Supporting individuals to access their community and attend appointments
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

  • Are kind, caring, and compassionate
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Are reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Share our values of respect, dignity, and person-centred support
  • Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided.
  • You must hold a full UK driving license to apply for this role and be willing to complete a PVG membership and register with the SSSC
What We Offer

At our company, we believe great care comes from great people. That’s why we provide:

  • Full paid training and ongoing support
  • Company car available
  • Flexible working patterns to support work-life balance
  • Pension scheme
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Staff benefits and reward schemes
  • Paid staff nights out and team events
  • Friendly, supportive management team
  • Small, family-run organisation where every team member matters
  • Opportunity to make a genuine difference every day
Why Join Us?

We’re proud to be a local, family-run business built on strong values, teamwork, and compassion. Our team works together to deliver exceptional care while creating a supportive and enjoyable workplace where people feel respected and appreciated.

We don’t believe in treating staff as numbers. We believe in investing in people, recognising hard work, and creating opportunities for our team to develop and succeed.

If you have a passion for helping others and want to join a caring, supportive team that truly values its staff, we’d love to hear from you.
