We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth within the UK private healthcare sector.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who has successfully sold solutions, services, or technology into senior healthcare decision-makers and can leverage a deep understanding of the market to accelerate business development.

What We’re Looking For
  • A strong track record of winning and growing business within the private healthcare sector.
  • Established relationships and credibility with senior healthcare stakeholders, including hospital groups, healthcare providers, and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Experience selling high-value solutions, services, SaaS, technology, workforce, operational, or business improvement offerings into healthcare organisations.
  • Proven ability to open doors, develop strategic partnerships, and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Provide market insight to inform proposition development, pricing and commercial strategy.
