About the Role

• You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• You will hold a valid NMC PIN number and adhere to NMC standards of practice.
• You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• You will effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours.
• You will advocate and deliver person‑centred care for residents and their families.
• You will recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, undertake safeguarding training, and report concerns appropriately.

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care.
• Valid NMC PIN.
• Commitment to professional standards and continuous learning.
