Theatre Practitioner - Scrub Glasgow Hospital | Theatre | Part Time | Permanent Contract | Includes weekend work | Up to £41,250 per annum pro rata, depending on experience | 24 hours per week

• As a Scrub Practitioner/Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at the hospital, you will be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic with strong communication skills.
• You are registered with the appropriate governing body and have qualifications and experience relevant to your registration (NMC or HCPC).
• With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior team members.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
• Have opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.

• You must be registered with the relevant governing body (e.g., NMC or HCPC).
• Post-registration Scrub experience within a Theatre environment is preferred.
