Cygnethas is recruiting a Night Care & Support Team Leader for Dove Valley Mews, a residential service for adults with learning disabilities. You will work full time on nights, 42 hours a week, with a two-week rolling rota and alternate weekends, providing person-centred care and leading a dedicated team.
You should be an experienced Support Worker or Acting Team Leader, confident, organised and an excellent communicator.
