Senior Care Worker

As a Senior Care Worker, you’ll help ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while supporting and encouraging colleagues to deliver their best every day. • Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Lead shifts and coordinate care delivery
• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to changing needs
• Contribute to assessments, care plans and reviews
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures

• Experience working in a care setting with a strong understanding of person‑centred care.
• Organised, dependable and confident supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
• Hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work toward, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification.
• Membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
