Cornerstone in Glasgow is seeking a compassionate Support Practitioner to provide person-centred care for a lady in her own home. The role is permanent, 24 hours per week, with one 12-hour day shift and one 12-hour waking night shift on a rotational basis.
You will join a small, friendly team and play an active part in planning and delivering daily living support, personal care, and meaningful activities, while keeping clear records and using new systems.
