Sodexo is recruiting a Neurodiversity Support Manager to lead the prison's neurodiversity and SEND strategy at HMP Peterborough, ensuring access to education, skills and work opportunities for prisoners. You will drive improvements, deliver training, monitor outcomes and share reporting across the establishment to promote inclusive practice.
Experience with SEND legislation, SENCo roles, and adult neurodivergent support is essential; enhanced DBS clearance is desirable.
