PS is seeking an experienced SSW to join our expanding team in the UK. The role involves leading shifts, mentoring staff and communicating effectively with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates should hold Level 3 QCF (or equivalent), have 2–3 years in a similar role, and possess a full driving licence with access to a car for work. We operate a two-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off to support work-life balance.
