Murray’s Initiative’s Counselling Practice Manager will lead the integrated counselling services across Glasgow and surrounding areas, supervising counsellors, placements and volunteers to maintain a high‑quality service.
The role requires a counselling qualification, supervision qualification or willingness, COSCA/BACP membership, travel across the service area and occasional evening/weekend work, with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.
