Health Net Homecare is seeking Clinical Homecare Nurses to support patients in their own homes across the UK. You will deliver professional nursing services, support patient therapies, and collaborate with NHS and pharmaceutical partners to ensure continuity of care.
As a registered nurse, you will manage clinical responsibilities, teach patients and carers, and participate in Patient Support Programmes with travel to patient visits and remote support where needed.
