HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll support the Home Manager with fundraising events and help Residents socialise confidently, bringing kindness to every interaction.
You’ll need experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning, IT and time management, and a friendly, inclusive approach.
