HC-One Scotland is developing a Specialist Dementia Care Community at Darnley Court care home. The Dementia Nurse Practitioner will lead and coordinate person-centred dementia care in a therapeutic setting, within a team of nursing, social care, psychology and wellbeing practitioners.
An active NMC Pin and a minimum of 2 years’ dementia care experience are essential for this role, with a commitment to quality of care and compassionate practice.
