Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Band 4 Support Worker to join the Adult Disability Residential Home Team in Guernsey. This full‑time role carries an annual salary of £33,564–£39,865 and operates on a 24‑hour shift system with 37.5 hours per week.
You will deliver compassionate support for adults with disabilities, assist with daily tasks, promote independence, and supervise Band 3 peers while driving residents’ community participation using service vehicles where needed.
