JustOT is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Mental Health Team. You will assess, plan and deliver social care interventions for adults with complex mental health needs, promoting independence and safeguarding, within the statutory frameworks.
You will work with carers, multi‑agency partners and use electronic records to maintain case notes, participate in supervision, and contribute to continuous service development within the Adult Social Care Mental Health
