Are you a compassionate and experienced Turkish-speaking Support Worker looking for your next opportunity in Barnet, North London?

At Libertatem, we're seeking a dedicated Brain Injury Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a client living with a brain injury. This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful relationship, promote independence, and have a genuine impact on someone's quality of life every day.

Fluency in Turkish is essential as you'll be supporting a client whose first language is Turkish. This is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our client live as independently and confidently as possible by:

• Supporting daily living activities and personal care needs
• Promoting independence, confidence, and rehabilitation goals
• Providing emotional support, encouragement, and companionship
• Building a positive, trusting relationship with the client and their family
• Maintaining accurate care records and communicating updates with the wider clinical team
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual care plans

We're keen to hear from experienced candidates who have:

• Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, complex care needs, or rehabilitation support
• Fluent Turkish language skills (spoken and understood)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and positive approach
• The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider support team
• A passion for improving the lives of others
