HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and run engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, and residential care homes. You’ll work with the Home Manager to plan sessions and help organise fundraising events, using your energy and kindness to help residents socialise and enjoy meaningful activities.
You’ll need experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
