Are you passionate about supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing? We are looking for compassionate and reliable Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality, person-centred care across our residential and day care services.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals, helping them maintain their wellbeing, independence and quality of life. The role is varied and requires a flexible and person-centred approach, with the ability to respond appropriately to individual needs.

What you will do

* Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.

* Assist with care plans and contribute to the delivery and review of support.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

* Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care where required.

* Encourage participation in social and meaningful activities.

* Administer medication in line with training, procedures and appropriate supervision.

* Maintain accurate records and communicate relevant information effectively.

* Work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and overnight stays.

About you

You will have a caring, patient and respectful approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting others. You will have good communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and the internet, are required. Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
