HC-One Scotland is developing a Specialist Dementia Care Community at Darnley Court care home. A Dementia Nurse Practitioner will support, deliver and coordinate person-centred dementia care and therapeutic interventions in a purpose-designed residential setting to improve clinical outcomes for those with complex dementia.
An active NMC Pin and minimum of 2 years practice in dementia care are essential for this role.
